任职要求

  1. 定义和优化基于比特币、闪电网络、UTXO、Nostr 协议等技术的产品需求和功能。

职责

  1. 拥有计算机科学、工程或相关领域的学士学位，或者具备相关工作经验。

  2. 至少3年的产品管理经验，其中包括在 Web3、区块链或相关领域的经验。

  3. 对比特币、闪电网络、UTXO、Nostr协议等有深入理解。

  4. 具有强大的逻辑思维能力，能够处理复杂的问题并找到解决方案。

  5. 能够利用数据驱动决策并优化产品。

  6. 优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与各种背景的团队成员进行有效合作。

  7. 在快节奏、跨职能的环境中工作的能力。

加分项

  1. 对 DeFi、NFT 和其他区块链技术和应用有深入理解。

  2. 在创业环境下工作的经验。

Requirements

  1. Define and optimize product requirements and features based on technologies such as Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, and the Nostr protocol.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to formulate and execute product strategies.

  3. Conduct market and user research to understand user needs, position the product, and optimize the user experience.

  4. Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring that product development aligns with company goals and strategies.

  5. Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from conceptualization, design, to release and maintenance.

  6. Optimize product features based on data and user feedback to improve product performance and user satisfaction.

  7. Understand and keep an eye on industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously improve the product and maintain competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.

  2. At least 3 years of product management experience, including experience in Web3, blockchain, or related fields.

  3. Deep understanding of Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, and the Nostr protocol.

  4. Strong logical thinking ability, capable of handling complex problems and finding solutions.

  5. Ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize products.

  6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members from various backgrounds.

  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

  1. Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and other blockchain technologies and applications.

  2. Experience working in a startup environment.
