希望你能对这些内容相当熟悉

  1. 机械工程背景。

  2. 有3年以上的创建质量计划 -> 建立测试和措施 -> 验证它们 -> 并进行修正的经验。

  3. 有项目经理的经验，清楚地了解如何在实验设计、根本原因分析和统计过程控制中应用问题解决。

  4. 在消费电子行业的部件和/或成品中经历过大量的外观和尺寸问题。

  5. 有压铸、注塑、模具、夹具或大批量质量制造工程方面的经验；有机械外壳方面的经验为佳。

  6. 有质量和可靠性方面的知识，有GD&T和故障分析方面的经验。

  7. 有与供应商和合同制造商协调的经验。

  8. 优秀的书面和口头表达能力。

  9. 良好的分析能力，以及对阐明的机械问题的推理能力。

职责

  1. 协助解决供应链的生产问题。

  2. 开发、维护和管理OEM供应商基础。

  3. 完成负责材料的RFQ（询价），维护和记录报价，价格比较和根据公司规定的批准。

  4. 与MFG和产品团队一起处理供应商的质量问题。

  5. 负责供应商的评估、审核和批准。

  1. 大学本科或以上，工程或机械专业背景

English

You are familiar with these

  1. Mechanical engineering background;

  2. Experienced 3+ years in the creation of quality plans, building test and measures, validating them, and make corrections;

  3. Has experience as Project Manager and understand clearly how to apply problem solving within experiments design, root cause analysis and statistical process control;

  4. Experienced a large number of cosmetic and dimensional issues in components and/or finished products in consumer electronic industry;

  5. Experience in die castings, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or quality manufacturing engineering in big numbers; experience in mechanical enclosures is a plus;

  6. Knowledge on quality and reliability, experience with GD&T and Failure Analysis;

  7. Experience in coordinating with suppliers and contract manufacturers;

  8. Excellent written and verbal skills;

  9. Good analytical skills, and capacity to reason on articulated mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

  1. Solve manufacturing issues.

  2. Develop,maintain and manage OEM supplier base.

  3. Complete the RFQ (request for quotation) for the responsible material , maintain and record quotation, price comparisons and approvlas according to the regualation of the company.

  4. Handling supplier’s quality issue with Hardware and product team.

  5. Responsible for suppliers evaluation, audit and approval.

  6. New supplier scouring to support R&D, Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management.

Nice to have

  1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in engineering or mchanical is a plus.
