⛑ 职责 | 负责公司自主研发硬件的开发；分析系统设计需求，完成硬件总体方案设计以及器件选型。 承担硬件方案与计划的制定，硬件原理图设计、指导 PCB Layout；制订测试方案，完成硬件测试、硬件调试工作。 与结构、软件等部门相关岗位参与设计审查，系统整合测试与分析，性能评价等，推进项目进展。 负责公司产品硬件重难点问题的技术攻关。 保持与硬件需求方、相关职能部门和销售。 部门的良好沟通。 配合生产单位试生产。

🔖 You are familiar with these | Proficient in analog and digital circuits, with solid basic skills and logic analysis ability. Familiar with signal integrity design concepts; able to independently carry out single board solution design, device selection and debugging. Master EMC, safety-related design requirements. Use of common tools and software for hardware development (PADS, Cadence, AD or others), proficient in hardware development skills, proficient in developing R&D documents, and good document management habits. Good analysis and problem solving, good communication and coordination. Experience in developing successful mass production product projects (important).
