职责

  1. 负责 Amazon 店铺整体运营与增长,包括 Listing 优化、库存管理、合规处理及欧洲站点税务合规(VAT/EPR),对销售额、利润率、转化率及广告效率负责;

  2. 负责 Amazon 站内广告策略与执行,包括广告结构搭建、预算与竞价管理、关键词优化及周期性数据复盘;

  3. 负责独立站转化路径优化,包括产品详情页、落地页、结账流程及站内营销机制(Bundle/折扣/加购),配合广告投放同事提供高转化承接页;

  4. 负责促销活动统筹与竞品分析,设计促销机制并进行效果复盘,持续跟踪竞品动态并转化为可执行的优化策略。

English

You are familiar with these

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of cross-border e-commerce operations experience. Hands-on experience in Amazon store operation and advertising management is required.

  2. Possess foundational capabilities in independent website operations, understanding CRO methodologies. Experience in page or conversion path optimization is preferred.

  3. Strong data analysis skills, capable of diagnosing issues and making decisions based on metrics such as CVR, AOV, ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS.

  4. Fluent in English reading and writing. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and project management skills, able to drive multiple work streams in parallel.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the overall operation and growth of Amazon stores, including Listing optimization, inventory management, compliance handling, and EU site tax compliance (VAT/EPR). Be responsible for sales, profit margin, conversion rate, and advertising efficiency.

  2. Manage Amazon in-platform advertising strategy and execution, including campaign structure setup, budget and bid management, keyword optimization, and periodic performance analysis.

  3. Optimize the conversion funnel for the independent website, including product detail pages, landing pages, checkout flow, and on-site marketing mechanisms (Bundle/discounts/cross-selling). Collaborate with advertising colleagues to provide high-conversion landing pages.

  4. Plan promotional activities and conduct competitor analysis. Design promotional mechanics, analyze results, continuously track competitor movements, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.

Nice to have

  1. Knowledge of the Web3 industry and security hardware products.

  2. Familiar with data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel/PostHog).

  3. Experience with hardware/consumer electronics/high-average-order-value products.

  4. Knowledge of EU site compliance or affiliate marketing strategies.
