职责

  1. Google Ads(60%)

    • Search 精细化架构:按产品线与用户意图分层搭建(品牌词 / 竞品词 / 通用词 / 长尾词),拒绝 broad match 堆量

    • PMax & Shopping:结合多语言 Merchant Center Feed 优化购物广告表

    • 多市场预算动态调配,基于 ROAS / CPA 识别高增长市场并扩量

    • 再营销全漏斗搭建:GA4 受众 / Customer Match / 动态再营销

    • 出价策略:tCPA / tROAS / Max Conversions,理解转化数据质量对出价信号的影响

  2. Meta Ads(40%)

    • Campaign 架构策略:CBO vs ABO 选择、Advantage+ Shopping 场景判断

    • 创意测试体系搭建(DCT / A/B),管理素材生命周期

    • 受众分层测试(Lookalike / Interest / Broad),配合 CAPI 优化信号质量

English

You are familiar with these

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, having independently managed DTC and e-commerce accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000

  2. Proficient in the detailed setup of Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns—not just basic backend operations

  3. Experience with Meta Ads, including a solid understanding of budget optimization and creative testing methodologies

  4. Working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  1. Google Ads (60%)

    • Search Campaign Structure Optimization: Organized by product line and user intent (brand terms / competitor terms / generic terms / long-tail terms); avoid using broad match to inflate volume

    • PMax & Shopping: Optimize shopping ad campaigns using multilingual Merchant Center feeds

    • Dynamic budget allocation across markets; identify high-growth markets based on ROAS/CPA and scale up

    • Full-funnel remarketing setup: GA4 audiences / Customer Match / Dynamic remarketing

    • Bidding strategies: tCPA / tROAS / Max Conversions; understand how conversion data quality impacts bidding signals

  2. Meta Ads (40%)

    • Campaign Architecture Strategy: CBO vs. ABO Selection, Determining Advantage+ Shopping Scenarios

    • Creative Testing Framework Setup (DCT / A/B), Managing Creative Lifecycle

    • Audience Segmentation Testing (Lookalike / Interest / Broad), Optimizing Signal Quality with CAPI

Nice to have

  1. Understanding of server-side tagging (sGTM)

  2. Experience running campaigns across multiple markets (5+ countries)

  3. Proficiency in Google Ads API automation

  4. Background in the hardware, tech, or crypto industries
