职责

  1. Web3生态BD: 负责拓展与全球公链、Layer2及头部项目方的深度合作,引入优质生态资源(包括但不限于Grants、联合营销、节点合作),提升OneKey在核心开发者与用户群体中的品牌渗透率。

  2. 产品功能BD: 主动挖掘与产品功能强相关的合作伙伴,推动钱包与生态内DApp、协议的集成与联调,通过商务谈判引入资源,补齐产品功能短板,优化用户体验。

  3. 市场活动统筹: 策划并执行线上线下市场活动,包括但不限于行业峰会参展、社区AMA、黑客松赞助及生态联合活动,确保活动预算的高效利用与ROI最大化。

  4. 客服团队管理: 统筹客服团队的日常管理与流程优化,制定服务标准与SOP,通过数据分析提升用户咨询响应速度与问题解决率,维护品牌声誉与用户满意度。

  5. 竞品分析与反馈: 持续追踪硬件钱包赛道及公链基础设施的最新动向,收集一线用户反馈,推动内部产品迭代,确保OneKey的市场领先地位。

  6. 团队搭建与管理: 负责OP小组的日常管理、目标拆解与人员赋能,建立高效的协作流程,培养团队成员的专业能力。

English

You are familiar with these

  1. Industry Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3–5 years of experience in operations or business development within the Web3 or cryptocurrency industry; in-depth understanding of the hardware wallet/self-custody sector; familiarity with mainstream public blockchain ecosystems and their operational logic.

  2. Network: Extensive network of Web3 project teams, public chain foundations, investment firms, and key opinion leaders (KOLs); proven track record of successfully securing or negotiating grants and ecosystem funding.

  3. Business Skills: Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, capable of communicating fluently with international partners; skilled in business negotiations and resource integration, able to independently drive partnerships to fruition.

  4. User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of the psychology and needs of cryptocurrency users (especially advanced users); ability to optimize customer service processes and product experiences from the user’s perspective.

  5. Ownership Mindset: Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility; results-oriented; ability to independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment; candidates with team management or customer service team collaboration experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Web3 Ecosystem Business Development: Responsible for establishing deep partnerships with global public blockchains, Layer 2 solutions, and leading projects; introducing high-quality ecosystem resources (including but not limited to grants, joint marketing, and node partnerships); and enhancing OneKey’s brand penetration among core developers and users.

  2. Product Feature Business Development: Proactively identify partners closely aligned with product features, drive integration and joint testing between the wallet and DApps/protocols within the ecosystem, secure resources through business negotiations to address product feature gaps, and optimize the user experience.

  3. Marketing Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including but not limited to participating in industry summits, hosting community AMAs, sponsoring hackathons, and organizing joint ecosystem events, ensuring efficient use of event budgets and maximizing ROI.

  4. Customer Service Team Management: Oversee the daily management and process optimization of the customer service team, establish service standards and SOPs, and use data analysis to improve response times and issue resolution rates, thereby maintaining brand reputation and user satisfaction.

  5. Competitive Analysis and Feedback: Continuously track the latest trends in the hardware wallet sector and public chain infrastructure, collect first-hand user feedback, drive internal product iterations, and ensure OneKey’s market leadership.

  6. Team Building and Management: Oversee the daily management of the OP team, break down goals, and empower team members; establish efficient collaboration processes and cultivate team members’ professional capabilities.

Nice to have

  1. Experience in operations or business development for hardware products (consumer electronics/hardware wallets);

  2. Familiarity with mainstream public blockchain ecosystems, with experience in business development for ecosystem funds or leading projects;

  3. Experience in building or managing teams from the ground up.
