任职要求

  • 工业设计、美术、人机交互相关专业毕业；

  • 精通 C4D、Blender、After Effect、Adobe 创意套装、Figma；

  • 提供展示设计专业能力的作品集，有真实成熟项目案例和经验。需要重点展示 3C 类产品渲染与动画；

  • 具备基础交互体验、印刷材料、3D建模渲染知识，能把控上下游和最终落地质量；

  • 具备良好的沟通能力，分析及解决问题，具有团队合作意识。

注意：候选人必须达到以上要求，未达「任职要求」简历将直接淘汰，投递时务必附上作品集 🙏。

职责

  • 负责 WEB3 产品发布（线上/线下）和品牌运营（互联网/平面）视觉设计，参与制定风格规范，优化维护视觉传达工作内容；

  • 洞察设计流行趋势，运用在整体视觉设计风格和品牌设计中；

  • 参与前瞻概念创意设计，引领团队视觉设计创新，实现视觉设计上的突破。

加分项

  • 英语 4 级或同等水平测试及以上

  • 重点院校本科以上学历

  • 了解区块链行业应用及流行趋势

Requirements

  • Graduates in industrial design, art, HCI related majors, providing a portfolio that demonstrates design expertise, with mature project cases and experience

  • Proficient in C4D or Blender, After Effect, Adobe suite, Figma

  • With knowledge of basic interactive experience, printed materials, 3D modeling and rendering, able to control upstream and downstream and final landing quality.

  • Good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and a sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for WEB3 product launch (online/offline) and brand operation (internet/print) visual design, participate in developing style specifications and optimizing and maintaining visual communication work content.

  • Insight into design trends and apply them to the overall visual design style and brand design.

  • Participate in forward-looking concept creative design, lead the team in visual design innovation and achieve breakthroughs in visual design.

Nice to have

  • English level 4 or equivalent test and above

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a key university

  • Understanding of blockchain industry applications and popular trends
